How to Book:
After contacting me (please use the form below, or call/skype me) to discuss your plans a completed booking form must be filled in by each person attending the course and sent to me with payment made either as a deposit or full payment (as per booking conditions).
If you re booking a course run by the International School of Mountaineering (ISM) then payment will be arranged through ISM.
I can accept payments by bank transfer or Revolut. I will give you information on payment once we have confirmed your place on the course.
I will need a deposit to confirm your time with me followed by full payment as per booking conditions below.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the weeks guiding.
Should you wish to cancel the following conditions apply:
Cancelling more than 6 weeks means loss of deposit.
Cancelling between 6 to 4 weeks means loss of 50% of the guiding fee. Cancelling less than 4 weeks means loss of full course fee.
Insurance against rescue and medical costs is essential. A simple twist knee injury could need an expensive helicopter evacuation.
Cancellation insurance is essential in case of situational changes and you are no longer able to attend.
If you are UK resident then the EHIC form also helps with hospital.
